Account and data deletion

You can delete your AeroZulu account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains the two available paths and what is erased.
From the app (immediate)
Inside the app, deletion happens right away:
- open Settings;
- tap "Delete account";
- confirm the deletion.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to contato@aerozulu.com.br from the email registered on the account. We complete the deletion within 15 days and confirm by email.
What is erased
Deletion permanently and irreversibly removes:
- your account (email and access credentials);
- the entire history of conversations and briefings;
- the record of your subscription on our servers.
Google Play subscription
Deleting the account does NOT cancel an active subscription — billing is handled by Google Play, not by us. Cancel first in Play Store → Subscriptions, or the charges continue even without the account.
What may be retained
Technical server logs (IP address, timestamp and requested route) may be retained for the log-rotation period, for security purposes, and do not identify the content of your conversations.
